Interview about Smoke and Spice
In July, Wonderful Machine interviewed me on their blog about the Smoke and Spice cookbook. It’s always an interesting exercise to consider questions – I always find myself surprised at the new perspectives I find answering a question, describing an experience I thought I already knew quite well. Somehow, in the act of answering, new insights emerge. Love that process.
